Kraig and Joe are awesome! Took my 2012 Audi Q5 to have new pistons and rings along with water pump, timing belt, and thermostat done by these guys and they were GREAT!! Kept me up to date on progress, took the extra time to make sure everything was good after repairs and verify previous issue was no longer present. If you care about your car and its european take it to these guys!!!!

European Motors are a great team of technicians who truly wants the best for their clients. I have taken my car to them a total of 4 times and each time they have returned my car with the best performance condition. My car past the emission test the first time and they have helped with with pricing so I can afford it. They catered to my needs every time. I really appreciate their professionalism.

Clean shop and excellent customer service. I usually go to Mercedes Dealership but found that Euro motors quote was less than the Dealership. My invoice was less than the quote since they fixed the car correctly rather than changing out the part I requested. They seemed honest which is a hard thing to find with auto repair.

European Motors!!! The best foreign car repair shop In Lakewood or anywhere in Tacoma. Why would you EVER go to a dealership, or anywhere else. This is the place to go. Excellent service, super fast turn around and they take such good care of your cars. I am telling you, we have worked with Joe for years. Never been disappointed and they are in the neighborhood to boot! Don’t have to drive in all the traffic on I-5!!
