Craig was great to work with. The work I needed done required several parts that I had part numbers for. He patiently searched each part number, promised to pull together an estimate and get back to me. That was done as promised. The work done on my car was completed an hour sooner than promised. Very pleased.

Although this was my first visit, I got what I wanted concerning my car. And though it was an easy fix, the mechanic (unexpectedly) went beyond my expectation and request. Consequently, my car now drives. Thank you.

The only surprise I had was how quick the work was done. Especially since the car had to be sent for a front end aliagnment when their work was done. I dropped it off late Tuesday morning and got my call early Thursday afternoon. I could've spent that much time locating a shop and making arrangements for the aliagnment.

Friendly, professional , staff who delivered what they had promised. Called when they said they would and anticipated my questions and needs. I left with a feeling of confidence and trust in them and the work they performed.
