My visit with European Motors Service Center was a very good one. The staff was very nice and courtious and went that extra step to insure that I new what was going on with my vehicle, which was very important to me. The guys there are great and skilled. "THANK YOU EUROPEAN MOTORS".

I have had my bmw for 15 years and 200;000 miles and have been to many many vehicle repair shops and without a doubt european motors is the best. They always do a great job in a timely manner and are friendly, honest and very helpful answering the many questions I sometimes have. Thankyou Joe and crew!!! Sherry

Don't even think about buying a Porsche with PPI by European motors .The give the car a thorough going over and don't miss anything that way you know what you're buying and anythinug needs fixing do you do good work.

excellent shop and customer service

Fast friendly place to do service on my car.

I was leaving a funeral and broke down in my Jag xj8. A guy stopped to ask me if I was ok. That guy turned out to be Joe Betti Jr., the owner of European Motors. He said he specialized in European cars and had just closed his shop. When the tow truck arrived Joe met me at his "closed" shop, took my information and secured my car. I had heard about European Motors several years earlier from a friend of mine that owned a local auto repair shop. He told me that he often took HIS customer's European cars to them when the problem was over his head. He said they were the "go to" shop for cars like mine. This coming from a man that had been in business for over 40 years in the area. Joe, Craig and the entire staff are very knowledgeable, fair, friendly and HONEST. When I had my transmission rebuilt at another shop they gave me a laundry list of other things my car needed. European Motors diagnosed my car and found I needed only 1 of the those things saving me literally 1000's of dollars. You can rest assured that they will not do unnecessary work or replace parts that are not needed. I have referred 2 of my friends that are car guys but had little experience with Euro cars. Larry took a Volvo in for a pre-purchase inspection. Joe checked the car out, told him the few small problems he found and waived the inspection fee! My friend bought the car, took it back to have the repairs made. He called me shortly after to thank me and said he was charged considerably less than the original estimate. Where and when does that ever happen? My other friend bought a BMW that had developed several problems. He had gotten 2 estimates that were, in my opinion, way too high. He asked me where I take my Jag. Long story short, every time I see him European Motors comes up in the conversation. Another life long customer. As long as I own my Jag she will only be worked on by European Motors where you are treated like a person, not a number. Thanks Guys! Randy H. .....Tacoma, Washington.

Outstanding service and always on time

I really appreciate their attentiveness and professionalism. When I talked to Greg, he did everything I asked for and they kept me updated throughout the process. I felt well taken care of and not taken advantage of being a female. I will always take my car to European Motors because they truly are trustworthy. The only downside is when they took my car for a TEST DRIVE- they REALLY took it for a test drive several times and used more than a half a tank of gas. They also got grease all over the floor mats and door panels. I wouldn't care except that I wear nice clothes and got grease on my jacket and have to get it dry cleaned. Overall, they deserve 5 stars and I will recommend them to everyone I know.
